I have used PHL several times in different cares homes I have worked in, I have recently moved to another care home and felt the service we were being provided from another pharmacy was poor and as I had used PHL previously felt it would be a good move. So far myself and our team have felt very supported. We have received training and they have provided us with additional training and support for our electronic mar system.

We have been using Devon Pharma/PHL Pharma for a number of years, during this period they have upheld very professional standards and have always been prompt with medication deliveries. The systems in place for ordering to receiving residents medication is effective, safe and efficient. Everyone in the team (pharmacists, delivery drivers etc) are very approachable, friendly and are willing to go that extra mile to help whenever there has been issues or discrepancies such as shortfalls in medication, chasing up emergency prescriptions etc. I would highly recommend this company.

We have used Devon Pharma for several years now and I find they provide an excellent service, Ash is always available to answer any Queries and Marianne at Newton Abbot is always very helpful.

Ann-Marie who delivers our Medication always goes over and above to sort out any problems and will come to us at any time we request it and will even go to the Surgery to collect prescriptions!
